"Grandfather rights" for pesticides users - changes to current rules

The Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012 allows the "Grandfather rights" exemption to continue until 26 November 2015, after which everyone who uses PPPs authorised for professional use must have a certificate.
